Know exactly what's happening, at every stage.
Equipment received, Draft Test Report, your comments, Final Test Report — 18 tracked steps across 4 roles. We tell you what each one means, in plain language.
Once your equipment reaches the institute, it's assigned to a Test Engineer, who runs the test, uploads intermediate results, and prepares a Draft Test Report. That draft isn't final — you get to submit comments on it, which the Test Engineer examines before preparing the Final Test Report for Admin's approval and release. The system sends SMS and email notifications at every stage, but a notification telling you "DTR approved" doesn't explain what that means for your machine or your timeline. We do.
A translator for every notification.
- Stage-by-stage explanation
- Plain-language guidance on what each portal notification actually means and what (if anything) you need to do next.
- DTR review support
- Help reading your Draft Test Report and deciding whether — and what — to comment before the Final Test Report is prepared.
- Timeline expectations
- An honest read on how long the remaining stages typically take, given the institute's current load.
- Final Test Report interpretation
- What your FTR actually certifies, and how it maps to the scheme or tender you're targeting.
The lines we don’t cross.
- We don't test your machine. The Test Engineer at the institute runs the test and writes the report — we explain and advise, we don't perform or influence the technical result.
- We don't promise a specific outcome. What the report says about your machine's performance is the institute's finding, not ours to guarantee.

The test process: clear answers.
- After testing your equipment and uploading intermediate results, the Test Engineer prepares a DTR. Once Admin approves it, you submit comments on it before the Final Test Report is prepared.
- Yes — the process has a built-in step for exactly this: you submit comments on the DTR, Admin forwards them to the Test Engineer, who examines them before preparing the Final Test Report.
- The Agri-Machinery Portal sends SMS and email notifications at every stage. We also tell you plainly, in our own words, what each notification actually means for your machine.
